This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Techno Digital, a brand owned by WorkFi Private Limited, handles project cancellations, payment delays, and refunds.

1. No Refund Policy After Project Start

We follow a strict no-refund policy once the project has been initiated.

2. Late Payment Policy

If a payment is delayed by more than 3 weeks (21 days) from the due date:

l   A 10% late fee will be applied on the pending amount.

l   Further work will be paused until payment is cleared.

4. Communication & Disputes

All cancellation or refund requests must be made in writing to contact@technodigital.co.

Note - Any refund claim would require 15 working days to be processed.
